Marketing, PR & Client Relationship Manager
After finishing school and (shock horror!) not going to university, Alice went travelling for a year and came back to work for Studio William, a bespoke cutlery design company, assisting their Sales & Marketing Director. Despite the fancy Michelin Star chefs that she was working with, Alice decided to take the leap and move to London.
Alice then worked for an entertainment and event planning company called Sternberg Clarke. She headed up their weddings team and worked on all the weird and wonderful events from travelling to India for a 3 day wedding through to a bespoke Sound of Music performance for a Beatle. It was at this time that she met a certain Blog Queen (and all important Adam) and they kept in touch.
Alice moved from Sternberg Clarke to Home House, a private members club located in 3 beautiful Grade I listed Georgian Townhouses in Marylebone. Here she was the Event Manager and worked with large brands such as Shell, Penguin Books and Dior as well as planning some of the most epic weddings. Her biggest achievement was planning, marketing and executing the Summer members party which was a party across all the houses for 5,000 people. Yes, this woman really does know how to plan a party.
The 5 years she was at Home House really cemented her love for weddings and working closely with brands, opening her up to the world of PR and marketing, so when she received an email from Charlotte in 2017 (Alice only wooed her for 8 years) she jumped at the chance to start working at RMLtd.
Alice is a massive fangirl of Rock My Wedding and Rock My Style, having read the glossy pages for work and fun since the very beginning. She’s glued to Rock My Wedding even more recently as she’s planning her own big day in October 2018. She loves nothing more than laughing until her stomach hurts, listening to music that came out years before she was born and sitting in the pub on an Autumnal evening.
